Endodontic Retreatment
For teeth that didn’t heal as expected after a prior root canal. We reopen the tooth, locate untreated or blocked canals, remove old filling material, disinfect again, and reseal to give the tooth a second chance.
Apical Microsurgery (Apicoectomy)
A small surgical procedure at the root tip when retreatment isn’t feasible. Under a dental microscope, we remove the infected tip and place a small root-end filling to support long-term healing.
